Defining Student Success

Thank you to the 508 staff, students, parents, and community members who participated in our online Thoughtexchange between February 8 and 14. We asked, "In addition to academic achievement, how do you define student success?" and you answered.

We hear what's important to you.

Of the 599 thoughts that were shared, the top-rated thoughts include the idea that student success is related to personal development and skills such as humility, respect, kindness, flexibility, compassion, empathy, communication, and engagement.

We will use your feedback to help us determine priority areas for a broader definition of student success, and to develop budgets and evaluation measures that align with our Mission, Vision, and Core Values.

Thanks for your participation!
